Due to the nature of our services — which involve immediate processing and delivery of digital reports — all sales are final and non-refundable.
Policy Details
Once an order is placed and processed, the report is considered delivered as a digital product and cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage customers to ensure all details (such as VIN numbers, ownership information, and report type) are correct before completing the order.
Exceptions
If you did not receive your report within the promised timeframe (usually within 24 hours), or believe there was a technical issue, please contact us at info@vindataauthority.com
within 48 hours of your purchase. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
